With more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Nelson D. Pulgarin holds a Master's Degree in Architecture and has worked in multiple commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, as well as  engineering designs for the development of new technologies.

Nelson understood from the beginning of his career the importance of mastering Revit Architecture, Auto-CAD, SketchUp, V-ray, and Lumion, among other programs for the development of his designs. 

He had the fortune to be taught how to create precise models and construction documents using Revit-Architecture and Auto-CAD, however, he expanded into SketchUp to rapidly create design ideas. Today, these three programs are completely compatible and are used among the most prestigious firms in the world.

Always searching for bigger and better challenges, he has joined local environmental communities in the search for new engineering ideas for the capture and sequestration of atmospheric carbon dioxide.
